Withdrawal Policy

退出課程步驟

  1. 通知退課:

    若要退出課程,請通過電子郵件通知學校,電郵地址為 ncschoolphone@gmail.com。請附上學生姓名、課程名稱及退課原因。

  2. 確認退課申請:

    學校收到您的退課申請後,將在7個工作日內通過電子郵件確認收件。

  3. 退款流程:

    若符合退款資格,退款將根據以下時間表進行處理。退款將在確認退課後的14個工作日內發放。

  4. 歸還教材:

    任何學校教材(書籍、設備等)必須在確認退課後的5個工作日內以全新狀況歸還至學校前台。

  5. 最終確認:

    所有步驟完成後,包括教材的歸還及退款處理(如適用),最終確認退出課程。

Withdrawal Policy

  1. Submit a Withdrawal Request:

    To withdraw from a class, please submit a written request via email to the school administration at ncschoolphone@gmail.com. Include the student’s name, class name, and reason for withdrawal.

  2. Acknowledge Receipt:

    Upon receiving your withdrawal request, the school administration will acknowledge receipt via email within 7 business days.

  3. Refund Process:

    If eligible for a refund based on the withdrawal date, the refund will be processed according to the schedule below. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the withdrawal is confirmed.

  4. Return of Materials:

    Any school materials (books, equipment, etc.) must be returned to the school office in good condition within 5 business days after the withdrawal is confirmed.

  5. Final Confirmation:

    The withdrawal will be finalized once all steps are completed, including the return of materials and refund processing if applicable.
